The process of journaling is very helpful for several reasons. While doing the journal entry for this semester, I have to read the provided articles and have to write down all of my feelings and thoughts for understanding the articles in a proper manner. On the other hand, it can be stated that I have gathered several knowledge and information during the entire semester while journaling. The process of journaling has also helped me to struggle with my personal depressions, anxiety, and stress.
